"Shepherd Theology" is a name given to what we now know to be the blessed teachings of Jesus. This Message of love, truth, and beauty, which Jesus, the Heavenly Messenger, brought to earth, once more sheds its light across this troubled world. Although often beset by skeptics, by agents of the darkness, and by those on the Broad Highway, this glorious truth shines forth once more in all its resplendent beauty. This web site is dedicated to that great revelation of love. Page 2, "What is Shepherd Theology?" is a brief description of this Message of Jesus. Page Three, "How we got here?" is a brief history of how the teachings of Jesus were changed and even lost down through the ages. Yet in this age of global communication, our Heavenly Father has seen fit to make the light of this truth available to any who will eat of this Bread of Life and drink of this Fountain of Living Waters. Page Four, "Thoughts of the Week," is a weekly devotional based upon the lectionary of the churches, expressing this Shepherd Theology. Readings from the Psalms, the Old Testament, the Epistles, and the Gospels are centered around a general theme which changes throughout the church year. Many of the major denominations use this lectionary, or a version thereof. The focus of these devotionals is upon Shepherd Theology Message of Jesus. Page Five, "An Order of Worship," is a simple personal or group worship service patterned after synagogue service of Jesus day, centered upon Shepherd Theology. Page Six, "Additional Readings," is just that, a list of some suggested reading and other web sites featuring this Shepherd Theology.
